Of course they could instead just sit in traffic patiently waiting for an IED to not only blow up the Hummer but also any nearby onlookers. Hummer = sitting duck, targeted in roadside bottlenecks. There have been many, many reports of this.
What I find even more interesting is how 2 radically different opinions can be formed from the same video clip.
