finally reach the end of this thing, well for now at least...
Started Babetastik (http://www.babetastik.com) and I'm working on my second tgp atm (this one will use comus, I had already bought a copy of autogallery sql before I found this thread). Comus is definately far superior and much more flexible.

Wow. It took me over a hour to read this thread. Awsome information though. I tried to set up a good tgp using comus but bombed bigger than shit. zzgundamnzz if your still offering help I am needing it bad. I am not one of those newbs that want you to do all the work, I just need someone to show me what needs to be done. I tried all that you described in the very first post but like I said, I bombed.
I dont know if the advice still apllies todau because that was 2 yrs ago, But I would appreciate any help you could offer. I am on most of the day, Hit me up if you would.

Great post, as was the original post, its good to see some posters are here to actually give good solid free advice.I dont mean to be an asshole, but I thought I'd offer my opinion on some of these matters.
If you're just starting out, heres a way to start a TGP with $50 instead of $5000.
1. Get a domain name at godaddy.com, yes their TOS (terms of service) makes you a hoe to their pimpin back hand, but for the most part you're safe. especially when you're just starting out.
2. use a virtual host. use a hosting company like webair.com and they'll allow you to upgrade as neccessary.
3. Do a text link TGP rather then a Thumb TGP. It will save you bandwidth, it will save you from buying programs, and hey, they're still awesome.
4. download and use this for all of the links to your galleries. This is a random link generator.. meaning each time somebody clicks on the link a new gallery will appear. You can also divide it into categories like babe, teen, fetish, etc.
5. sign up for as many sponsors as you can with free hosted galleries. and also put your link trades into the database to force traffic to the sites your trading with.
6. put a couple banners on your site to either sites you want to promote, products, whatever you think will bring in the dough!
7. Now your new $50 TGP is pretty much self maintenenced. So with your extra time start building your own galleries with 3 reciporal links with of course one of those links being yours. Just another way to get some more traffic.
The reason I say this, is a lot of people want to get into the adult biz, pour out thousands of dollars and give up shortly there after. This way you wont have spent all that money for nothing should you decide this isnt for you.
One last thing I wanted to say, this isnt to diss anyone, but dont think anyone is doing anything for free here. All of the links to the sponsors all have zzgundamnzz referral codes in them, meaning, he will be making money off of every dime you make. Now im not saying his credibility is shot, heck, the least he deserves for providing you with a tutorial on how to make thousands of dollars a month is a finders fee. All I mean to say is make sure you research what you're getting into before you blow all your money on it, what was said in this post is just one mans opinoin and not a guaranteed recipe to make money. If you know anything about our economy you should know the fallacy of composition. What's good for one person is NOT neccessarily good for all.

I just grow my tgp http://www.sensationalteens.com to 40k, i twas even 50k in a day but in one day it dropped about 10k to 38k, tried several days to go up to 40k. It's really strange thing and I dont know yet what happened. Have now some problems with growing to more then 40k my trades in hits go to 25k now. Mt prod also lowered to 210% and was about 250%
How to calculate how much traffic i have free for new trades?
In example if i buy 200 hits horuyl traffic - 4800 hits a day with prod 100% first click to gallery and skim 70%, how much traffic hourly really go to trades?
I just would liek to calculate it cause when I add too many new trades my other trades gets less traffic and in overall my traffic is going lower :/Comment

i've got my domain...
i've installed comus thumbs the 2% skim verison (trial)
i just made the access_control.php that's required...
now, comes a lot of questions.
what's next?
i found some free traffic-drive tgp/cj script can i install and use this one? traffic-drive dot com. i noticed u said it should be written in c, but these one dosent seem to be, but i'm just doing a initial trial and error setup for now on a test domain.
now what do i do? like i'm kinda confused, because how does comus thumbs create my page? or can i create my page in something like dreamweaver or even raw html? but once my page is created how does all the "rotation" and like how does comus link the html to the thumbs in the db?
also, how does that download from the comus thumbs forums (skim rate related) work with the trial 2% skims? or am i missing something
should i just create my thumb page in html with and css sorta like bunnyteens.com or wannawank.com, but how do i tie thumbs to my HTML page i create? ok i really apologize for being a noob. i'm not exactly new in anyway to html or php, but definitely new to the webmaster side of TGP's.
can u possibly break it down into a simpler analogy...
i just need a little help... i'm not some dumb idiot that has absolutely no knowledge of the industry just a little unclear about the functionality and operation of these tools... hopefully i can get a little light shed on the topic.
