First time I have ever heard that one.

I have been to parties back in the day that rented animals, they always came with the trainer, and a guy with a tranq gun. (Miami-90's-Coke-Scarface-nuff said) and even then, I think it was illegal.

I am from Michigan, and I am pretty sure it unlawful to own a Giraffe.
If you do , put a Top Hat on it, and post picks

oh yeah, don't forget the spats, and you should wear some sort of Napolean get up.
