Top quality photo retoucher needed for ad hoc work
We are looking for an amazing photo retoucher that can work on a few sets of images that are very good, but I want them retouched to be amazing.
This will be mainly 200 - 300 images a month.
Samples of before and after images would be needed, and an idea of rates as well please.
