I'm thinking of selling a mainstream business

I created Nationwide Moovin' for my wife to run while she was preggers, and she did quite well until she had the baby; then everything came to a screeching halt. I love the site and the brand - and put a lot of work into it, but I simply can't find the time to manage a staff with all my other work. The site has a full CRM with e-commerce, a store full of drop-shipped inventory that turns a ~50% profit, an affiliate program, detailed stats, etc. The toll-free number is a virtual pbx with professionally recorded greetings.
The business model itself is simple, and very effective (it's an S-corp, 100% legit, and i had lawyers write all paperwork/contracts). The network of service providers turns about a 60% profit and at this point covers all 50 states well. She ran it for a couple of months, and grossed around $30k with almost no advertising, but obviously it hasn't done shit since she stopped running it. I didn't want to sell this thing for a long time, but I feel I'm ready to let go.

the site is: moovin.us

What do you guys think it's worth, and how should I go about selling it?
