Jace, you should make a distinction between the people that are just using 'HD' as a selling point and the people that are actually striving for a
higher level of quality. There are plenty of sites out there that are jumping on the ambiguity that is 'HD' and 'High Definition'. If the bitrate isn't at a minimum of 3.25Mbps for a 1280x720 wmv, the quality is lacking and you'll just get the it's 'just bigger' result.
