I sent a support email on the 2nd to cancel my physical card as I had lost it and still have not heard back from them luckily I only have a few dollars in my account because someone could have spent it if there was more. My point is you run this service with virtually no support team it is shocking! I expect to have a decent service when using products like these I would not accept this from a bank so can you possibly email me or post in this thread what the situation is.
