i am saying that you have a persistent pattern of making extremely backwards remarks, commentary and arguments.
saying that an employees behavior is not a reflection of the company they represent is moronic. there is a reason employees are terminated for their behavior and how they represent a company, even on their own private time. particularly in a case where their job is to do exactly that.
hiring an idiot, after major drama, countless accusations of theft and repeated meltdowns and then saying "anything he does has nothing to do with them" is morbidly retarded. thats like saying its ok to hire pedophiles at a daycare and then being shocked when you discover parents want nothing to do with your business... you can tell them "hey man, what he does on his own time is his business... i'm not here to judge and besides, he is really great with kids" - i am sure you will find a sympathetic ear.
