Its very easy to jump to conclusions when your are not preseneted with all the facts. That letter was not hey we are going to court , it was a letter that said quit talking shit (eveywhere, not on GFY, everywhere) and in exchange we would not pursue the moneys owed by Aaron to my company. The lawyer is in no way related to me or a personal friend, this is a business matter and should have remained one. When this starts effecting you and your family as opposed to words on a screen then judge. The fact that you people seem to think its acceptable to share someone elses medical shit on a business board is childish and I sure hope it never happens to you. The events that lead up to that letter and the reasoning behind sending the letter are and will remain a personal matter between me and Aaron. Judging based upon a personal letter posted by him is taking a very narrow minded opinion. If this is all Rorys fault and he is the one being inappropriate here then I imagine that a judge would see it that way as well when presented with the circumstances. The original issue stems from me paying Aaron $2000 for shoots, tell me how Iam screwing somebody if Iam the one paying them?
I dont mind bad opinions of my site .... thats why I post it here. Thats not the issue, the issue of someone pursueing a personal vengeance against me and trying the best he can to ruin my business is not fair and I dont care how many friends you have, I will try and stop it. Iam trying to be as reasonable as possible here, all I wanted was the name dragging (no not just on GFY) to stop, simple as that. This could have been a peaceful solution to a problem that had gotten way outta hand. Iam a reasonable , logical, nice guy - why couldnt this have been settled in somewhat of a civil manner?
