I knew exactly what programs were doing it because I sign up to each program with it's own unique email address. The only thing I don't know is if the program owners were just selling the email lists with my email addy in it or actually sending those emails themselves. I couldn't prove shit because they weren't sending the emails from their domains so...
The moral of my rant is to be careful with your emails from sites claiming to be epass or any other online banking system and don't ever use the same password you use for epass for any programs you sign up to. Theres some grimy shit going on around here!
