Be carefull about making allegations like this... using a unique email to signup to a sponsor will NOT prove they sell the lists etc. The server could have a security hole.. The software they're using could have a flaw (I suspect at least one of having this problem).. and you have to remember that those email addresses also often make their way to "partners" such as the processors. I'd suggest you take all of that into account. Also, try signing up to some paysites using unique email addresses and note which processor is being used and then watch if/when spam starts coming in.
