GFY was the right board at the right time. When you look at the competition around at the time GFY started like Netsurprise with all their fucking bullshit 'I'm making some coffee who wants some' posts every 2 fucking minutes and the fake posturing of hahahahahahaha under Little Serges rein then GFY was a breath of fresh air for many experienced webmasters to read and post on.

I really can't see GFY going anywhere all those bells and whistles you mention Fly are cool but they don't make a good message board, you need the human element for that.
