Well, the reasons for the show to be shut down are many. I really don't want to do a massive post on it, but it basically is against all of the values of this country.

This is mainly because of how the mass media is working with the government to help people incriminate themselves. Basically, the "decoys" solicit the chatroom, and then the victim solicits the decoy back and eventually agree to meet at the location. According to Stone Philips, in many cases - it is the decoy who first brings up the idea of sex.

I'm not giving these people excuses or saying it isn't their fault, but it is borderline entrapment, and a mass media loophole around the fifth amendment and the Miranda rights. This is because the people know they will be on national television after they are read their rights, so they try to make a story by admitting to coming, but saying they wouldn't have had sex with the girl/boy. They say this to save face on national TV, even though it is just making the entire situation worse because they are admitting guilt....

It is all kinds of wrong when you look at it from a legal view, but no one really cares about it because the people are child predators. Too bad.
