Web Marketing Specialist/ Affiliate Manager
WantedList.com is a rapidly growing online Adult retailer in need of another web marketing specialist/ affiliate manager.
We are looking for a kick ass, take names, results-oriented, insert adjective here individual ready to work in a fast paced environment. Candidates for this position not only provide support to senior members of our staff but also provide out-of-the-box innovative thinking to help grow the company.
Goals and Responsibilities
- Identify key segments and partners to target that can provide qualified traffic to support WantedList?s affiliate program
- Assist in the management of the company?s current affiliate base
- Identify, plan, measure and maximize ROI via online customer acquisition programs
- Analyze customer analytics data and create retention marketing programs
- Plan and implement web offerings
- Assist in the development of SEO, PPC, CPM and other SEM strategies
- Assist in the development and maintenance of link lists, satellite sites and TGP traffic and geo-targeted marketing campaigns
- Work closely with design team in developing effective marketing art
Skill Requirements
- BA Degree or advanced degree preferred
- 2-4 years of Web Marketing experience, a plus if it was in the adult space
- 2-4 years of Affiliate Management / Sales experience, a plus if it was in the adult space
- Programming or database background a plus (Visual Basic, SQL Server, HTML, JavaScript)
- Graphic Design a plus (Flash, Fireworks, Photoshop, Dreamweaver)
- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
- Solid proficiency with MS Office, including data analysis in Excel
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong problem identification and resolution skills
- Understanding of affiliate marketing, SEM/SEO
- Strong understanding of pay per click market

Compensation
Salary starts at $55,000 - $65,000 per year with performance bonuses and benefits. More senior the applicants will be considered for higher salaries.
