Actually - the problem with that description was 'escort'.
What you're describing is contacting a 'prostitute'/'escort' - and you've tagged her with that title. *don't use the 'bad words' and you should be ok*
CCBill is not the only one to decline such words - Yahoo or Google won't approve it if you have certain words on your tour, members area or if it's in a feed you're using.
