gleem, I was reading the video encoding tests on TomsHardware and I think I am gonna spend the extra money on the Core 2 Quads. TigerDirect has a procesor/motherboard combo on sale with a rebate http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...M-975X2-QX6700
