NAh, it's been tried cause people thouhgt at first that it would work since Macs were now using Intel processors over Motorola. Don't forget that Macs procs might be made by Intel, but they are build upon Apple specs...
So even if you try to install OSX on a PC it won't work...
The reason why is not that retarded IMHO' Apple don't wants problems and wants to have an operating system that is perfectly matched for their machines, so this way they are sure that everyting works fines...
If they would "open" the door and let's say release a PC version of their OS, some would install it on some cheap shitty clones or old PC machines just to try it, then say that OSX sucks when it might be the computer itself the problem
