in reality a ladyboy is not a she. even males who get sex changes are only males who have a mutilated penis. im not sure why people get so hung up on gender that they think their sex makes them who they are. in fact it seems by placing so much importance on gender you are falling into the exact stereotypes society places on it. people feel that to be feminine they have to be female. if you're born with a dick, big deal. its just a reproductive organ, it doesn't have to dictate how you live your life.
