The site is neither owned, nor hosted, by a german entity. I suggest you get your facts straight before you stir shit...

Plus yes changes are being as we speak to impose EU laws on German processors. Theres a reason why some companies seek german processors and theres also a reason why the EU wants that changed.

Correct, CCBill EU would not touch a site with crappy 2257 disclaimers. We do not have a crappy 2257 disclaimer. We have a disclaimer which states the truth. You probably know as well as I do that CCBill EU _WILL_ touch a site which is owned by an EU entity but does not even HAVE a 2257 disclaimer! Removing the disclaimer if needed is an easy thing for us, because, as I said before, _WE_ do not require it! We have 2257 information currently for our US affiliates so they know that we _DO HAVE_ 2257 documentation for our amateurs!

Again, the company is not located in germany, nor is it hosted there. But for your info, you might be interested to see this:

100% censored version of the site with german so called "Face2Face" AVS system.

Yes it is, not sure how you would "take only 5 secs" to check to be honest, since YOU do not know for who we have docs and who we do not have docs for (especially since right NOW there is _noone_ on the site we do NOT have docs for!)... We have 4 servers currently. 2 In the US, 2 in the EU.

Irrigardless I still wish you all the best in the world with your new site.

Good for you that you quit, you quit one HELL of a big market which can EASILY be served if you know how. You might want to talk to someone about how to do so, its not really THAT complicated.
