There is no problem with hosting stuff in the US, a host is not liable for 2257 information, the site owner is. We have 2257 information for the stuff we need it, on top of that our amateurs, which are the producers, have 2257 information (obviously, since its themself), so there really is no problem here...
Sounds to me like you are pissed we had the idea for this site and not you... Its fully legit, we have thought this through, we have talked to lawyers and so on...
