You are misreading this. The bounced bounce e-mail never touches your inbox...the original spam does.
BTW, mail sent to you and I haven't received it back. Of course, that is your spam addy, so you obviously didn't receive it. But had it been your real e-mail addy, you would have received it. Your program would block that e-mail addy in the future, but I would use another fake address next time. And it would get through.
We are going around in circles, because you don't understand the functionality of mailwasher completely or perhaps e-mail completely.
If the program blocked the originating computer's IP address and domain, that would work. If the program could tell if a return address was fake, that would work.
I'm pretty sure mailwasher doesn't do either, so I can't see how effective the program could be. It might stop like 2%, but that's pretty much useless.
