Can US companies engage in illegal businesses as long as they are legal in the country where they are done? My idea is to set up a business in Brasil or a more frinedly country to hold my adult stuff. Then if any of these horrific acts by the US govt come to pass my stuff could still run where it is. Seems legal? I know gambling sites do not qualify.
