exactly .. not how many HOURS you're sitting in front of a monitor - but how many hours you're actually WORKING.
When I started out early 97 .. it was 14 - 16 hrs a day and i'm talking WORKING, writing HTML, submitting, networking, doing EVERYTHING by hand... - as I learned, and evolved, and hired staff - my actual hours of working decreased.
I still may sit in front of the computer 14 hrs a day - but it isn't all work
