ccbill and NATS join pages need to be SEPERATE, period. if you have ccbill affiliates, they NEED to be hitting that ccbill join page, otherwise they won't get credit for sales

if you have affiliates pushing traffic through ccbill links and you are sending them to a NATS signup page like you are, the ccbill affiliates will NEVER get credit for those sales, as we have seen with the recent speaking up by affiliates that haven't had sales in a month or two

if you are moving from ccbill to nats, the best thing you can do is basically let the ccbill affiliates still use that ccbill join page and if they want to sign up under nats and use that join page, then fine, but don't take away the ccbill join page, you are cheating affiliates out of sales by doing that
