There are ways to manage sites in NATs and CCBill only.
We do it for a few of our sites, so we can still honour 3 year old Raven link codes. As I posted above, it's NOT hard, you just need to know what you're doing. Furthermore, it's all done serverside, so it's transparent. No need for circlejerks.....
