Well, BVF, there are many beter ways to hurt your ex-wife. If you give your ex-wife a quick upper cut, you are just a loser but if you do something other way, it will hurt her more. Try something like fucking some of her friend or relative real good that they can speak out only good things of you. That would be something your ex-wife can't press charges and can never forget or forgive :-)
