How about all the programs that publically "out" webmasters that they feel are cheating them? Innocent until proven guilty by a court of law and all that - seems they'd have to keep their mouths shut if they had a privacy policy involved. And I've seen them list the usernames, real names, addresses, phone numbers, etc. - and those that weren't posted were certainly sent to other programs.
