I can't get paid!

I've been waiting to submit this here in order to see if the sponsor would resolve it over the phone after the holiday week last week. I still haven't heard back from them, nor have they granted my ICQ authorization so I'm going to post it.

------------------------------------

Normally I don't like bashing sponsors. It's kinda like biting the hand that feeds you, but if the hand isn't feeding you, then why not bite?

I have been with Soul Cash since June of this year promoting Chick Trick primarily. I don't aggressively promote their sites, I only have a single banner up on one page, but it does get sales from time to time. Seeing that a sale with them is only $2.48 earned, I've gotten quite a few sales. Currently they owe me $124.84. This isn't a huge amount, but if I'm signed up with a sponsor I wanna get paid - even if it's only 5 bucks.

According to their TOS, their minimum payout is $75.00 I believe. If it's not $75.00, then it's $50.00. Honestly I can't remember but it was not over $75.00 and I can't find it on their site now.

I reached the $75.00 amount in September. I have still yet to see a check from them. In October, I started persuing this matter. I first started with using their messaging system within their webmaster support center. No response.

Then I emailed directly [email protected]. No response. Then I went to the head honcho himself [email protected]. No response, then I emailed him AGAIN. No response. So I've sent a total of 4 emails/messages to them with no response since October.

After that I happened to notice a toll free number at the bottom of their webmaster page, called it got an answering machine. Left a message - no response. (amendment: I also tried ICQ and couldn't get authorization from SixNine)

I know they use Ibill for their processing/stats. So I even called IBill. The lady said she found my information as a revshare webmaster, but I needed to contact Impulse Media Group (Soul Cash) directly to get paid. I told her that I had been all along and she couldn't help me any further.

So I don't know what to do, so I'm posting this here to hopefully get the matter resolved. They have a unique concept with Chick Trick and I don't mind promoting it, but I want to be paid! Is that so much to ask??

Anyone else get burned by them?
