It's really frightening that this guy is going around violating the privacy of people he used to work with and using their images in his presentation without their permission. He has no idea whether or not there are crazies and stalkers in his audience; incidentally, quite a few of these stalking assholes and crazies come out of the fundamentalist christian movement : think abortion clinic bombings and murders. All it takes is one nutjob to obsess a little to much about the "filthy pornographers, something needs to be done about it." I don't know Belinda or Spannow, but if it were me I would talk to my attorney about some sort of action to stop him from using my image in his presentations to these groups.
