Zango was hit for some nasty crap they did, or they say affiliates did. Point of that case showed they can and did get away with it. Until you can prove "Zango" is doing illegal/forced installs - you have no case.
You can send a C&D on keyword bids on your domain, but you can't sue them unless you own the trademark.
