I can see, record, and track this..
With Spyware I can't see it, track it, it changes every day, instead of 1, its millions, I can't stop it by calling the police. With my visitors they often do not know they are being taken away.
Zango isn't spyware, I can see it, but I can't stop it, I can't call the police, I could block the visitors but I have Zango members, so that would be stupid.
