hey guys..ive been doing a southbeach diet..with the occassional beer/hard liquor binge..think i lost like 10-12lbs so far in 3 weeks....i recommend running like 3-4 miles a day...4-5 days a week...also....check out vasopro...or pseudo ephedrine...and caffeine supplements. u can buy the former two online and the third one at most vitamin shops. it forms the eca stack...if u guys need some help lemme know...
