Ever write back a customer personally on a chargeback issue?
I am so close. I spend way to much time on good service for this shit. The bitch was bad news from the start, if an update was 12 hours late I would get an email, but since he was recurring I would reply politely.
I know his email from heart. Working with a .0 CB ratio this year I got so pissed at this person getting 3 cleared! I know his name, address, and email and know I shouldn't but I want to. This person just stole $75 from me and fucked up my ratio.
