The last days have been hell with them.

1) I contacted them to fix a problem with a virtual include call in php. I can no longer include files with the virtual method (it was working before).
So two days ago I must find that my tgp script is no longer working. Checked the file permissions on the server and found that someone had changed all of them for that domain. The file ownerships and groups of my tgp domains are very delicately set up. It took me over an hour to restore all the changes I made, and I still get error messages from time to time.

2) It takes about two days before I hear back from them when I open a ticket!

3) More annoying: it seems that almost everytime the tech support is working on the server (that is restarting the server), the times change.
This causes a lot of trouble on my vbulletin forum.
I asked them to enter the date permanently some weeks ago (and they said they did!), but it has happened multiple times since then.

Is it too much for them to take a note of the time before they make configuration changes and restore it afterwards?

It seems their support consists of only a small handful of people who know their stuff - the rest is a bunch of amateurs.

This is not the first time a comment about how bad webair and how bad webairs suppor is. Other than the webair board spammers, the real story is usually that they are not really a good host and have slow peered bandwidth and very bad support.
