i sharpen twice, adjust my brightness/saturation usually around +15b +18s, then blur tool. i am going to try some more fullsize images and thumbs with slightly different methods. take one or two pics and try them all out and decide what works best for me. the sharpen tool is a good suggestion. i'm sitting here using the blur and smudge tool and didn't even consider using the sharpen tool for the sharpening.
someone mentioned adjusting the curves, but i haven't really had a chance to play with that yet.
i'd like to get a real hq glossy look for my thumbs. hoping to do a few fake babe tgps with large glossy thumbs.
