I'm going to recommend
TGP Rotator as well. You can build and put pages wherever you want on your server and doing what you asked for is doable w/ a simple fix that will keep WP interfering w/ the admin login.
Also, by through my link and I'll install TGPR free. I'll also integrate it into your design(s) (I'm sure you have the design(s) covered :P) w/ tradescript for an additional $50.00
