i hate the peeps giving out tickets... especially here they have to make a rediculous quota every year, so all the police does is writing tickets like mad men all year, while the real reason a police force was started is crime but they've forgotten that by now... thats why everyone hates the cops around here
once i had a parking ticket, took it to court, and won - i loved the feeling....
