Humm.. I haven't noticed more people laying anyone off, fired, or quitting, not anything out of the normal at least.
Account reps will move on - that will "always" happen. Account reps often only make like 15-30k base a year with a % of the fresh sales they bring in. When programs/sites dry up, and the rep can't really make much more, they tend to move on to other programs they think can help with this..
So I don't think it's a problem of people being fired, ect - but a likely a case of "the grass is greener on the other side" or "management is fucked"
