Alky, take it to your local small claims court... he won't show up, so you'd win by default and then you can garnish his wages at Mickey D's, where he will end up since the shaving thing came out, unless he's always worked there... Amazing what that does to a credit record.

Why would I not be able to do this anymore? All my sales are from 2 affiliates and they arent going anywhere.
And why wouldnt I show up to small claims court? The problem would be him not showing up to small claims court when I do the same for him.
So, no drawing straws or anything else. He's not getting $200 from me. I'd gladly show up to court, which I stated earlier in this thread. Sue me.
