Look, I never meant to ban recips just because i dislike their sites. I had trouble blocking people that redirect my users to rape sites and dialer crap.
I noticed that some webmasters just blindly autosubmit and redirect. And they all use recips of big sites, to let me think that this page gets listed on those sites. But it never seems to get submitted anyway. They just pull my leg. I work hard to make this TGP work, and those people just don't care, they really don't care.
So, again, it's not for banning those sites.
