No offense but, since you're a newbie, you're probably being hacked and don't even know it. Their scripts are really lame. Quote from a recent GFY thread, which has been confirmed by several webmasters I know personally:
"Let me tell you this...If your using ccbill you are fucked. Their scripts are wide open. I got friendly with this password cracker and has key generators for literally 1000's of ccbill sites so basically he can write paswords to your password file at free will. I contacted CCbill with this info and they were clueless, they were asking me to ask this 16 yr old how to fix it even after i sent them the whole convo WITH the script the kid made to be able to do this...what a joke. Another sad thing is that i HIGHLY doubt they contacted everyone about this. One more thing...pennywize, password cop, ect. are useless against this."
And, apparently due to the same problem --- which they still haven't fixed --- I found this post on another webmaster board just yesterday:
"I've had problems with someone adding usernames to the password file. One time they added several thousand usernames and passwords. I called up CCBill and had the file cleaned up and saw it was fixed...... not 15 minutes later the usernames that were just deleted were back in."
I also know people who have talked to Ron Caldwell personally about their script problems, but he dismisses it. I've heard that they can be good on OTHER customer service issues, but this just sucks.
Sorry but, in my humble opinion, CCBill isn't all that great.
