You do realize there are other huge booming industrial ages going on right now in China and India dont you? USA money or not these people WILL still have the capabilities to attack us/allies/interests.

What about all the pseudo pro-western countries? You fail to realize just how positive western influences have been for countries like Jordan, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Egypt, United Arab Emirates. There are only a few "hostile" countries left to conquer.
