If anyone is interested in buying an old montreal Loft .. One of my buddies owns the newest renovated building in Old MTL ... Corner of st Jacque and St laurent ... Right accross from the court house. The roff top lofts went for 1.5 million and 2.5 ... but he's got some real nice ones left ... roof top pool !
