No I mean parties - since that is exactly what the Geneva convention says - but since youve never been in combat you wouldnt have to know the contents of the conventions:

Article 4 defines prisoners of war to include:
4.1.1 Members of the armed forces of a Party to the conflict and members of militias of such armed forces"
And did I ever bring up Gitmo or any other acts by anyone else - no - you did - which means that they must weigh heavy on your little brain - isnt it a fact that the loudest opposition to something is usually the most sympethetic - which I guess puts you in the situation of being the terrorists' friend and explains your insane rantings around here
