I dropped from 240 to 215 and it didnt help at all. Losing weight works for some but not everyone. My doctor said I could lose another 10 - 15 pounds but its probably not going to help. My problem has more to do with narrow nasal passages and the way the soft palette in my throat is.
But from what I understand, the extra energy you get from actually sleeping every night will make you want to be more active and I'll lose the 10 - 15 pounds soon enough anyway. I know I feel quite a bit better today than I normaly do. No headache when I woke up, my mouth wasnt dry as sand, I havent fell asleep all day or been irritable. And my concentration level is much improved.
I'm looking forward to this.
