update, i just tried getting some promo from sponsors, some payouts that i needed, and some other stuff, and this is pretty sick..............
avrevenue.com has the nats problem, the default is wire payment, but cannot switch to epass no matter what, plus their contact page submit form 404's

EvilChris hasnt replied to my icq (do you have a new one?), and plus the teenrevenue contact page submit form goes to 404
