How many producers in Canada check the ID, see 18, and ask if they still live at home? Or does Daddy pay the rent? Without a legal statement saying as much, it seems like it would be quite easy for someone to come back and demand content be removed because Daddy actually WAS paying the rent and the model posed unbeknownst to him. If that's truly the law, I wouldn't touch a model under 19.

2 things ..1st what I have posted is true and the law in the eyes of the courts up here in Canada about the legal age of consent and legal age of actually being able to sign a legal and Binding contract .. secondly .. your absolutely right about the possibility of the model lying and Daddy finding out and coming and demanding the content be removed .. My lawyer has made it very clear to me that anytime i have shot a model at the age of 18 i am taking that risk .. and truthfully over the years I have pretty much just decided not to .. but there are of course occasions where we know flat out the model is " self reliant" and/or sometimes its just worth the risk .. 1 decent scene can generate decent money for years ..and when the time comes that there is a legal issue and it has to come down due to the contract being null and void .. truth is the money was made ..not to sound like an asshole .. but this is business and everyday you get into your vehicle to drive in to work your taking a calculated risk .. all the way from % at the bank to depending on which host or processor to deal with your content .. 1 more gamble/business decision in a day is not really the end of my world ..
