Well [email protected] from IBill emailed me and said that I need to fill out the payment verification form in the sponsored merchant information area.

Trouble is [email protected], I'm not a sponsored merchant, I dumped iBill at the end of October - all I want now is my reserves! As I have already informed your company and the Payables Department several times I dont have CMI access or access to any other area because I am not a current account. Far be it from me to tell you that - you're the one with my client record.

Now, time is money and Im not wasting my time trying to teach IBill droids how to read and comprehend questions. The bottom line is that it's not all that difficult....

1. IBill have been paying me by wire for years
2. A short time after I stop processing with IBill my reserve payments stop!
3. Suddenly IBill needs my banking information verified.
4. I could have sworn I faxed my bank details when I authorised receiving
payment by wire years ago.

IBill - Stop bullshitting me and running your delaying tactics, you might be fooling some people but you are not fooling me. The simple fact is you OWE me money and Im not being paid it - it's your responsibility to get it to me and you are avoiding making the payment.

IBill_Cathy - If you are smiling and pressing palms at the show next week rather than being all hands on deck fixing this monumental fuck up then your company deserves to go down the toilet. Obviously IBill doesnt give a shit about its client base.

Prove me wrong IBill.
