We had a reporting change a few months ago, if I remember correctly. What this did was begin reporting multiple declines for the same customer.
Before the change, if a customer had gotten declined and retried a few times with the same information, it would only report the initial decline. After, the webmaster would get notified for each and every attempt and subsequent decline?and some surfers try 4-6 times with the same info
Nothing that affects real sales figures, just reporting. That might be part of what you are talking about?or, as far as CCBill is concerned, at least something to take into consideration
