There are 2 major processing companies, and new processors have to pick up the risky business that the 2 major ones are disgarding, the high volume hidden crossells, content/complaince stuff that the big guys wont touch and for a new processors, having a risky portfolio spells doom. They are less experienced, dont have the relationships and reputation
